All items are quality checked before leaving. I accept returns and exchanges for example, if items don't fit, are damaged during transport or if the wrong item is delivered. I unfortunately don't accept refunds. I am a small artist and cannot afford to, but happy to work out any issues.

I charge postage as my prices don't cover shipping. Most orders are made to order and will take 1-2 weeks to be produced, unless there is pre-made stock available. Typical tracked delivery takes 3-4 working days, next-day tracked delivery is available.
